reg 23 Marking EEE with a date mark
(1) Subject to the application of regulation 24A, a producer or authorised representative must mark EEE that he places on the market in such a manner that the equipment can be easily identified as having been placed on the market after 13th August 2005 (“the date mark”). (2) The date mark must be affixed in a visible, legible and indelible form to each item of equipment.
