reg 79 Approval of schemes
(1) The appropriate authority must maintain and publish a register of— (a) all schemes that it has approved under regulation 55; and (b) the operators of the schemes referred to in sub-paragraph (a). (2) A register maintained by the appropriate authority in accordance with paragraph (1) will not be required to contain any information that has been superseded by later information after four years have elapsed from that later information being entered in the list. (3) The appropriate authority must issue an invoice for payment of the annual producer charge referred to in regulation 59 to each operator of a scheme that it has approved under regulation 55. (4) The appropriate authority must publish the format in which— (a) the information referred to in Part 1 of Schedule 10 must be submitted to it in an application for approval made under regulation 55; and (b) the information referred to in regulation 35 or 37 must be submitted to it in accordance with that regulation; or (c) the information referred to in regulation 36 or 38 must be submitted to it in accordance with that regulation.
