reg 95 Transitional provisions
(1) Any application made or approval granted by an appropriate authority under regulations 10, 20 or 47 of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006 will continue to have effect as though it had been granted in accordance with these Regulations. (2) Any environmental licence granted by an appropriate authority under regulation 4 of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006 will continue to have effect as though it had been granted under these Regulations.
