reg 33 Effect of withdrawal or cancellation
(1) If a contract is cancelled under regulation 29(1)— (a) the cancellation ends the obligations of the parties to perform the contract, and (b) regulations 34 to 38 apply. (2) Regulations 34 and 38 also apply if the consumer withdraws an offer to enter into a distance or off-premises contract.
