reg 1 Citation, commencement, extent and application
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2013 and shall come into force on 16th March 2013. (2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Northern Ireland . (3) These Regulations do not affect contracts made before 16th March 2013.
