reg 21A Register of medium combustion plant
(1) The Secretary of State must maintain a register of medium combustion plant which includes— (a) in relation to each medium combustion plant in the register, the information listed in Annex 1; and (b) information on variations to the medium combustion plant that affect the applicable emission limit values. (2) The register maintained under paragraph (1) must be kept up to date at reasonable intervals and it, or copies of it, must be made readily accessible to the public, including via the internet.
