reg 32 Action by the Secretary of State on failure to comply with enforcement or prohibition notices
Where a person fails to comply with an enforcement notice or prohibition notice, the Secretary of State may— (a) do what that person was required to do; and (b) recover from that person any expenses reasonably incurred in doing so.
