This Part sets out the information, help and services that service providers in paragraph 7 of this Code must provide to victims entitled to services under this Code to enable them to deliver the entitlements set out in earlier Parts. For the avoidance of doubt. The relevant service providers must provide the entitlements as set out in Part 3 (for adults) and Part 4 (for persons under 18) and the duties set out in Parts 1 and 2 of this Code.
