reg 204 Information, referral to victim support services and needs assessments
The Service Police must advise the victim that they may ask to be informed of: (1) a suspect being released from Service custody with no further action; (2) a suspect being released from Service custody and any Service custody release requirements which are imposed, changed or cancelled.
