reg 214 Victim Personal Statement
The Service Police may arrange for a Victim Personal Statement or a further Victim Personal Statement to be taken by an organisation offering victim support services or another service provider, but all statements must be taken in accordance with the requirements of section 9 of the Criminal Justice Act 1967 .
