reg 28 Interpretation and translation
If you do not understand or speak English, you are entitled to request interpretation into a language you understand: (1) when reporting a criminal offence ; (2) when being interviewed by the Service Police or Commanding Officer exercising powers of investigation; and (3) when giving evidence as a witness.
