The Victim Liaison Officer must ensure that they notify the victim of an appeal against conviction or sentence, and of the outcome of the appeal. The Victim Liaison Officer must notify the victim about these developments, without unreasonable delay, including: (1) the date, time and location of any hearings; and (2) the outcome of the appeal, including any changes to the original sentence.
