reg 87 Charge and Service Custody
You may request the Victim Liaison Officer or the Service Prosecuting Authority to inform you of: (1) a suspect being released from Service Custody with no further action; (2) a suspect being released from Service Custody and any Service custody release requirements which are imposed, changed or cancelled.
