In rule 114 (information before sentencing)— (a) at the end of rule 114(2)(f) delete “and”; (b) in rule 114(2)(g), delete the full stop and insert “; and”; (c) after rule 114(2)(g), insert— (h) any statement of the effect of the offence on the victim, the victim’s family or others.
