In rule 96 (information before sentencing)— (a) at the end of rule 96(2)(e) delete “and”; (b) in rule 96(2)(f), delete the full stop and insert “; and”; (c) after rule 96(2)(f), insert— (g) any statement of the effect of the offence on the victim, the victim’s family or others.
