reg 32 Right to refer matters to the Tribunal
A payment service provider who is aggrieved by the exercise of the Authority’s power to give a direction under regulation 30(1) or any decision taken by the Authority falling within regulation 31(5)(a), (c) or (e) may refer the matter to the Tribunal.
