reg 39 Costs of supervision
(1) The functions of the Authority under these Regulations are to be treated for the purposes of paragraph 23 (fees) of Part 3 of Schedule 1ZA to the Act as functions conferred on the Authority under that Act. (2) Any sums which the Authority receives, or expects to receive, by way of penalties imposed by it under these Regulations are to be treated for the purposes of sub-paragraph (7) of that paragraph as sums which the Authority receives, or expects to receive, by way of penalties imposed by it under the Act.
