In section 27 (interpretation), in subsection (1)— (a) in the definition of “Community rights entitled person”, in paragraph (a), omit “other than the United Kingdom”; and (b) at the appropriate place, insert— “the Directive table” means the table (save for the entry relating to the United Kingdom) at point 5.4.2 of Annex V to Directive 2005/36/EC as amended from time to time;
