reg 49 Restrictive measures
When enforcing these Regulations, an enforcing authority must comply with the requirements of Article 21 of RAMS (as amended from time to time) in relation to any measure to— (a) prohibit or restrict electrical equipment being made available on the market; (b) withdraw electrical equipment; (c) recall electrical equipment.
