reg 62 Transitional provisions and savings
(1) The 1994 Regulations continue to apply, as if they had not been revoked, to electrical equipment placed on the market before the commencement date subject to the modification that references to the Community are to be read as including the United Kingdom . (2) In relation to electrical equipment placed on the market before the commencement date, the amendments in paragraph 3 of Schedule 7 do not apply.
