Sch 7 para 2 Amendment of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998
In Schedule 1 to the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 omit the entry relating to the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994 and in the appropriate place— (a) in the first column insert “The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016” ; and (b) in the second column, insert the S.I. number of these Regulations.
