In the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Provision and Use of Work Equipment) Regulations 2006 , omit the entry relating to the "Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994" and in the appropriate place— (a) in the first column insert “The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016” ; (b) in the second column insert the S.I. number of these Regulations.
