In Article 3(b) of the Homelessness (Suitability of Accommodation)(England) Order 2012 for "regulations 5 and 7 of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994" substitute “Schedule 1 to the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016” .
