reg 22 Prohibition on placing on the market pressure equipment or assemblies considered not to be in conformity with the essential safety requirements
(1) Where an importer considers, or has reason to believe, that pressure equipment or an assembly referred to in Regulation 6 or 7 is not in conformity with the essential safety requirements, the importer must not place the pressure equipment or assembly on the market. (2) Where pressure equipment or an assembly presents a risk, the importer must inform the manufacturer and the market surveillance authority of that risk.
