reg 69 Exercise of enforcement powers
When enforcing these Regulations or RAMS (in its application to pressure equipment or assemblies) the enforcing authority must exercise its powers in a manner which is consistent with— (a) regulation 70 (evaluation of pressure equipment or assemblies presenting a risk); (b) regulation 71 (enforcement action in respect of pressure equipment or assemblies which are not in conformity and which present a risk); (c) regulation 72 ( EU safeguard procedure); (d) regulation 73 (pressure equipment or assemblies which are in conformity, but present a risk); (e) regulation 74 (enforcement action in cases of formal non-compliance); (f) regulation 75 (restrictive measures).
