reg 76 Offences
(1) It is an offence for a person to contravene or fail to comply with any requirement of regulations 9 to 17, 18(4), 20 to 28, 29(4), 30 to 34, 35(3), 38 or 39. (2) It is an offence for any person to contravene or fail to comply with any requirement of a withdrawal or recall notice served on that person by an enforcing authority under these Regulations.
