reg 88 Transitional provisions
(1) Nothing in these Regulations prevents the making available on the market or putting into service of pressure equipment or assemblies which— (a) were placed on the market before the commencement date; and (b) are in conformity with the 1999 Regulations. (2) Nothing in these Regulations prevents the putting into service of pressure equipment and assemblies which— (a) were placed on the market before 30th May 2002; and (b) comply with any provisions with which they would have been required to comply in order for them to be placed on the market in the United Kingdom on 28th November 1999.
