Subject to regulation 90(3), in paragraph 10 of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — (a) omit the entry “paragraph 2(a) or 3(3)(a) of Schedule 8 to the Pressure Equipment Regulations 1999 ( SI 1999/2001);”, and (b) at the appropriate place insert— regulation 67(1) or (2) of the Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 ( S.I. 2016/1105);
