reg 53 Enforcement powers
(1) Schedule 4 (enforcement powers of the Health and Safety Executive and the Office for Nuclear Regulation under the 1974 Act) is to have effect. (2) In addition to the powers available to the market surveillance authority under paragraph (1), the authority may use the powers set out in Schedule 5 (compliance, withdrawal and recall notices).
