When enforcing these Regulations, the market surveillance authority must exercise its powers in a manner which is consistent with— (a) regulation 55 (evaluation of a product presenting a risk); (b) regulation 56 (enforcement action in respect of products which are not in conformity and which present a risk); (c) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
