reg 61 Offences
(1) It is an offence for a person to contravene or fail to comply with any requirement of regulations 5 to 15, 16(2), 18 to 25, 26(2), 27 to 32, 33(2), 35 or 36. (2) It is an offence for any person to contravene or fail to comply with any requirement of a withdrawal or recall notice served on that person by the market surveillance authority under these Regulations.
