reg 67 Recovery of expenses of enforcement
(1) This regulation applies where a person commits an offence under regulation 61 . (2) The court may (in addition to any other order it may make as to costs or expenses) order the person to reimburse the market surveillance authority for any expenditure which the market surveillance authority has incurred in investigating the offence.
