reg 1 Citation, commencement and extent
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Railways (Access, Management and Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 29th July 2016. (2) With the exception of paragraph 5 of Schedule 1, these Regulations do not extend to Northern Ireland.
