The additional services referred to in regulation 6(11) may comprise— (a) traction current, charges for which must be shown on the invoices separately from charges for using the electrical supply equipment, without prejudice to the application of Directive 2009/72/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13th July 2009 concerning common rules for the internal market in electricity and repealing Directive 2003/54/EC ; (b) pre-heating of passenger trains; (c) tailor-made contracts for— (i) control of the transport of dangerous goods; and (ii) assistance in running abnormal trains.
