The information to be provided by the infrastructure manager when acting in accordance with paragraphs 9, 13 or 15 must include— (a) the planned day, time of day, and, as soon as it can be set, the hour of the beginning and of the end of the capacity restriction; (b) the section of line affected by the restriction; and (c) where applicable, the capacity of diversionary lines. The infrastructure manager must publish that information, or a link where it can be found, in its network statement under regulation 13(4)(g) and (h). The infrastructure manager must keep this information updated.
