In regulation 32 (appeals to the regulatory body) in paragraph (2)— (a) at the end of sub-paragraph (f) omit “and”; (b) at the end of sub-paragraph (g) for the full stop substitute a semi-colon; and (c) after sub-paragraph (g) insert— (h) traffic management; (i) renewal planning and scheduled or unscheduled maintenance; and (j) compliance with the requirements, including those regarding conflicts of interest, set out in regulations 8A, 8B, 8C, 9A, 14(9) and 19(4).
