(1) Section 1217 (supervisory bodies) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1A), for the words from “paragraphs 9(3)(b)” to “other officer)” substitute “ paragraphs 9(1A) and 10C(3) (bar on appointment as director or other officer) and paragraph 9(3)(b) (confidentiality of information) ” . (3) In subsection (3), after “which the body” insert, “ or the competent authority ” .
