(1) Section 1229 (supervision of Auditors General by the Independent Supervisor) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2)(b), for “bodies” substitute “ recognised supervisory bodies ” . (3) In subsection (3A), for “paragraphs 9 to 10A and 12 to 15” substitute “ paragraphs 9 to 10C and 12 to 16 ” .
