In regulation 14 (registered societies)— (a) in paragraph (1), for “the Friendly and Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1968 ” substitute “the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014”; (b) in paragraph (2), for “the Industrial and Provident Societies (Northern Ireland) Act 1969” substitute “the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1969”.
