reg 1 Citation and commencement
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Claims in respect of Loss or Damage arising from Competition Infringements (Competition Act 1998 and Other Enactments (Amendment)) Regulations 2017. (2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
