reg 16 Amendments to the Statutory Auditors (Amendment of Companies Act 2006 and Delegation of Functions etc) Order 2012
(1) The Statutory Auditors (Amendment of Companies Act 2006 and Delegation of Functions etc) Order 2012 is amended as follows. (2) In regulation 7(6)— (a) in paragraph (a), after “the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016” insert “and the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2017”; (b) in paragraph (b), after “the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016” insert “and the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2017”.
