reg 1 Citation, commencement and application
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 16th May 2017. (2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations apply in relation to England only. (3) Regulations 60, 61 and 62 apply in relation to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland respectively .
