reg 17 Certifying compliance with regulation 16
Where regulation 16 applies, the applicant must send to the Secretary of State a certificate of compliance with that regulation— (a) in the form set out in certificate 1 in Schedule 5 to these Regulations; (b) at the same time as complying with regulation 10 of the Infrastructure Planning (Applications: Prescribed Forms and Procedure) Regulations 2009 .
