reg 18 Effect of failure to comply with regulation 16
Where— (a) an Examining authority is examining an application for an order granting development consent; and (b) the applicant has not complied with regulation 16, the Examining authority must suspend consideration of the application until the applicant has certified to the Examining authority that the requirements of regulation 16 have been complied with, in the form set out in certificate 1 in Schedule 5 to these Regulations.
