Textile, leather, wood and paper industries (a) industrial plants for the production of paper and board (unless included in Schedule 1 to these Regulations); (b) plants for the pre-treatment (operations such as washing, bleaching, mercerisation) or dyeing of fibres or textiles; (c) plants for the tanning of hides and skins; (d) cellulose-processing and production installations.
