Nothing in these Regulations requires the disclosure of— (a) information that is subject to a duty of confidentiality under the law of England and Wales; (b) information that must not be disclosed, or in respect of which disclosure may be refused, under regulation 12 of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (exceptions to the duty to disclose environmental information).
