Sch 5 para 5 Amendments to the Electricity Generating Stations (Variation of Consents) (England and Wales) Regulations 2013
(1) Regulation 2 (interpretation) is amended as follows. (2) In paragraph (1)— (a) in the definition of “the EIA Regulations”, for “the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000” substitute “ the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017 ” ; (b) for the definition of “environmental statement” substitute— “ EIA report ” has the meaning given in the EIA Regulations;
