After regulation 15, insert— Co-ordination (15A) Where, in respect of a regulated activity, there is a requirement to carry out— (a) an environmental impact assessment; and (b) an assessment under the Habitats Directive or the Wild Birds Directive, the appropriate authority must, where appropriate, ensure that the assessments are co-ordinated.
