reg 5 Amendment of regulation 3
(1) Regulation 3 (fees) is amended as follows. (2) In paragraph (3), after sub-paragraph (a), insert— (aa) regulation 10(4J); (3) In paragraph (4), for sub-paragraph (c) substitute— (c) where the appropriate authority is the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs in Northern Ireland, by that Department with the consent of the Department of Finance in Northern Ireland;
