Sch 3A para 14 Commercial transactions
A trust created for the purpose of— (a) enabling or facilitating a transaction effected for genuine commercial reasons; or (b) protecting or enforcing rights relating to such a transaction, where the use of the trust is incidental to the principal purpose of the transaction.
